CoRE in Florida

Steve Joyner instructed for the Body Piercing Course at the Florida Environmental Health Association (FEHA) in Sarasota on the 10th of August. He taught Aftercare and co-instructed with Donning of Sterile Gloves and Proper Tray Set-up (with Sterile Gloves).

Then over to Ft. Lauderdale/Coral Springs area to prepare for the South Florida Tattoo Expo. CoRE joined Skin Mechanics Suspension, DisGraceLanD Hook Squad, Nassau Chainsaw, and Hooked for a weekend of performances dedicated to Arwen(Spliff) of DHS.

The weekend was amazing with Neil of CoRE opening the shows on Friday.

Leah of DHS performed a solo performance dedicated to Awen(Spliff). She suspended from her knees and chest simultaneously and then cut down to
her chest and danced like a ballerina.

Saturday afternoon there was a special exhibition. Nicola of SMS was suspended in a modified sitting position while Chris Blinston of No Hard Feelings
(suspended in a body harness) tattooed her leg. Chris used the the new Free Wire wireless tattoo machine courtesy of H2Ocean.

Later that night there were two shows that we unfortunately do not have picture or video of due to our participation in the shows. So, you’ll just have to take our
word for it that the four troupes and bands came together for an amazing evening.
